From the shortlisted category winners an overall winner will be selected and the announcement and a formal presentation made in November 2012. All entries have been considered carefully by a panel of judges from The Parks Trust, Destination Milton Keynes and Milton Keynes College.
David Foster, The Parks Trust Chief Executive, said “The quality of entries has been extremely high and made judging the competition extremely difficult. We believe that it’s the sheer diversity of green space in the city that make Milton Keynes a truly inspiring place to live.”
The overall winner will receive £500 in photography vouchers, an official award certificate and the opportunity to be published in The Parks Trust’s 2013 calendar.
All shortlisted images will be displayed within the Competition’s photographic exhibition to be held this winter. Each category winner wins a £50 photography voucher, an award certificate and also the opportunity to be published in the Trust’s future calendars.
