Sunflower Competition

The Competition has been running since 2008 and is open to all schools in Milton Keynes.  Schools are provided with a packet of sunflower seeds, information on how to grow them and access to the web page to input the size of their tallest plant.  Schools can input the size of their flower at the end of the school year, or if someone is able to look after it over the summer holidays, the final deadline is the second week back in September.

This competition could not go ahead without the continued support of Sutton's Seeds who provide over 100 packets of Giant Yellow sunflower seeds and Reflections on Learning who donate the prizes each year.
