Events VolunteerWe run over 200 events each year and often need volunteer help to make this programme as exciting and dynamic as possible. Events volunteers carry out a wide range of different duties from helping with set up and take down of equipment, through accompanying cycle rides and guided walks, to helping with crafts and other children’s activities. There is also scope for volunteers to take the lead on guided walks and other events if they have a skill, interest, or idea they would like to share.We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable people who are able to give us at least one day per month, although there is scope to do far more if you want, particularly in the summer.
