For culture vultures Campbell Park will, for the first time, host Shakespeare’s most popular comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Performed by the Illyria Theatre company this performance is set to enchant children and adults alike. A week of sports sessions has been organised in the summer holidays for young people and a series of short courses and guided walks for wildlife lovers. Last year’s successful open-air cinema will return as a two-day film festival showing films during the day and at night. Additionally there are guided cycle rides, sponsored fun runs, monthly events for new parents, orienteering and big music festivals such as Great Linford Waterside Festival, MK4U and the World Picnic. Allowing the Trust to reach even more people than ever the guide has been sponsored by MK News, Milton Keynes’ award-winning and fastest growing newspaper. |
