Everyday Activity Project
The Everyday Activity Project was set up to support local residents who want to introduce physical activity into their everyday life. It is currently recommended that adults should be completing 30 minutes or at least three bouts of 10 minutes of moderate exercise five or more times a week in order to stay healthy.
To demonstrate that activity can be fun and social the project organises everything from walks with your dog to regular health walks around the city’s parks.
