Operating since 1999, British Military Fitness hold fitness sessions in over 100 venues including Campbell Park. They offer fun, motivational and effective military style fitness classes for all ability groups. All British Military Fitness’s instructing staff have an armed forces background and are experts at getting the best out of people. They never shout down to clients and instructors foster a supportive and motivational atmosphere within the class group.
Sessions are held on Mondays 7-8pm, Tuesdays 7-8pm, Thursdays 7-8pm and Saturdays 9.30-10.30am
