A happy, smiling group of people didn't let the Great British weather spoil their yoga plans at Furzton Lake on Saturday 18th May. They joined Kelly and Christine lakeside to explore a variety of yoga poses and breathe in the fresh air all alongside a lot of laugher! The rain fell through the trees creating a beautifully calming backdrop to quieten noisy minds before everyone got moving to awaken tired bodies.

Yoga in the Park was established in partnership with The Parks Trust in 2018 and this year’s summer tour has only just begun with exciting monthly events planned across the beautiful green space we have in Milton Keynes.

Following each session, a donation is made to Mind UK - which includes a £2 donation from each participants session fee. Mind MK are a charity that works tirelessly to support mental health in our community and offer much needed support for those that desperately need it

Join Kelly and Christine at their next event on Friday 21st June at the Amphitheatre in Campbell Park to celebrate international day of yoga. They will be holding a Family Yoga class at 4.30pm and an adult session at 6pm.
