Yoga in the Park is back for 2019
Yoga isn’t about touching your toes, balancing on your head or getting into a complicated tangle of limbs! Yoga is about you. Yoga is for everyone and can be weaved into your real life to increase strength and flexibility, to learn to pause, breathe and enjoy the moment and to be playful.
Join us this spring and summer whether you’re a seasoned yogi, have never tried yoga or are wanting to return after a bit of a break. Practice outdoors in the fresh air, amongst beautiful surroundings and with two of Milton Keynes’s supportive, knowledgeable and fun yoga teachers.
