This year we ask that everyone to join with us and Remember from Home for Armistice Day this year.

Due to the restrictions around Covid-19 we will be hosting a small ceremony this year which will be live streamed on the Mayor of MK Facebook page on Wednesday 11 November 2020, please join us from home from 10.50am.  We’d also remind everyone that as usual Remembrance Sunday will not be observed at the Milton Keynes Rose however there are live steamed national events, you’ll be able to observe remotely.

    The Milton Keynes Rose located in our central city park Campbell Park, is a public space designed for commemoration, celebration and contemplation. Developed in partnership by The Parks Trust and the Cenotaph Trust, with support from Milton Keynes Council, the Milton Keynes Rose was created as a central civic space to host events significance and occasions of remembrance.

    There are no refreshment facilities at this site but the cafes and restaurants located at centre:mk are just a short walk away.
