Come along for a cuppa, a chat or a gentle guided walk
Join The Parks Trust, St. Andrew’s Church and the Friends of Great Linford Manor Park at the 5 Ways Café: a dementia friendly community café held at St. Andrew’s Church, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Great Linford Manor Park. All are welcome to come along and enjoy a cuppa and a chat, and there’s the option of joining in on an accessible guided walk around Great Linford Manor Park and the village (usually at 12pm).
On the 2nd Tuesday of the month, join in a free textiles craft activity led by local artist Jane Charles. No booking required, just turn up. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Craft activity usually starts just after 11am.

Covid-19 precautions
To help you feel as safe as possible, hand sanitiser is available in the church. Masks are optional and the building is operating on a limited capacity.
Accessibility
• The church can provide an accessible ramp for wheelchair users.
• An accessible toilet is available.

Working with the Open University
Volunteers and staff from the 5 Ways Café are helping the Open University with a study, which is investigating the barriers and facilitators to walking for people living with dementia, their carers and relatives. Date: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. No booking is required.
Time: 11am-1pm.
