Join our speaker for a fascinating insight into the variety of Milton Keynes' wildlife, much of which can be found in our parkland.

Date: Wednesday 16th October, 2019

Location: Howe Park Wood Education Centre

Time: 7.30pm - 9pm 

Parking is available at the Howe Park Wood Education Centre, off H7 Chaffron Way, opposite the Wescroft District. Please note, the car park is not lit, so it is advisable to bring a torch.  There are lights leading up to the building once you leave the car park

    Howe Park is probably the woodland mentioned in the Domesday Survey of 1086. Parts of it may be rare surviving fragments of the 'wildwood' that covered the whole of lowland Britain after the last Ice Age, 6-11,000 years ago.
