Volunteer Training (GLMP project) - Risk Assessments
Risk Assessment Training - Tuesday 22nd January 2019
Come join us as we help teach you one of the most important components of setting up an event or activity - ensuring it has been appropriately risk assessed.
In this session we will explore the essentials of carrying out a risk assessment, why we need to do this and how it fits into the overall risk management strategy. This training is being arranged as part of the Heritage Lottery Funded project at Great Linford Manor Park. It will better equip volunteers with the skills and confidence to safely design and implement events and activities. This training is being opened to both Friends of Great Linford Manor Park and Parks Trust volunteers.
The training will held at the Parks Trust offices in Campbell Park between 6:30 and 8:30pm. Full address is as follows: The Pavillion, 1300 Silbury Blvd, Milton Keynes MK9 4AD. Light snacks will be provided.
