Various dates available, click the Book Now button to see moreJoin us for this unique experience with our partners Electra on this guided walk, dine and glide to discover the Grand Union canal, its wildlife, history, and interesting areas between Campbell Park and Great Linford at 11:30 on Saturday 14th or Sunday 15th October.
Start your walk from Campbell Park on this volunteer led route – you’ll take in various parks, historic sites, and artwork along the way to The Black Horse in Great Linford where you’ll have a 90 minute gap for lunch, and then meet Electra. You’ll then glide back to Campbell Park on Electra and see Milton Keynes from a whole new angle.
If you would like to include lunch at The Black Horse you will need to book directly with them and it is not included in the ticket price. Alternatively, you could use the picnic area at Great Linford Manor Park to have your lunch.
Older children are welcome to join but must be accompanied by an adult – and consider the length and pace of walk for younger attendees. Due to the maximum occupancy of the boat all attendees must have their own ticket.
Please come dressed for the weather with suitable outdoor clothing and footwear. We will be walking at a medium pace and please note that some of the walk may not be on surfaced paths.
