Green Breaks: Loughton Valley
A lunchbreak with a difference, exploring the green spaces around the city’s business areas.
Join us for a guided walk at Loughton Valley Park as part of our Green Breaks programme. Designed to give staff from local businesses the opportunity to enjoy a lunch break outdoors, being introduced to and exploring a green space close to their place of work.
The walk will last approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour and will be at a gentle pace, allowing time for an informal chat and to point out sights of interest. A member of The Parks Trust team will lead the walk and answer any questions you may have.
Please note: This is an adult only walk aimed at staff members from local businesses.

- We recommend walking to the meeting point from your place to work. If required, nearby parking can be found at Bradwell Abbey, Alston Drive princely.fizzled.offstage.
- Please wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
- Only assistance dogs are allowed.
