This event is in the past. This page is for information purposes only.

Organised by the local Indian community this event is sure to be a colourful day out for the whole family.

For the first time in Milton Keynes, a celebration rising above the boundaries placed by regional affiliations, faith and partisanship, “ID:MK” is calling one and all to come and witness the uniqueness of Indian culture & heritage in one big carnival.

It’s a non political, non religious and non commercial event.

The day will consist of the following;

  • Performances full of energetic Bollywood dance
  • Music and harmony
  • A cultural extravaganza
  • Scrumptious Indian delicacies
  • Lots of Indian jewellery
  • Colourful Indian dresses and other clothing
  • Mystical artefacts
  • Henna tattoos
  • Lots of interesting stalls
  • A unique parade of the various different cultures of India

A day when ID:MK gives back to the local community, with love, the way, only an Indian can give.

    Located at the heart of Milton Keynes, Campbell Park hosts many of Milton Keynes’ major festivals and events. Its imaginative mix of formal gardens, water features, woodland and open pasture mean it’s an ideal spot to enjoy the changing seasons.

    Refreshments
    There are no refreshment facilities in Campbell Park other than during special events. However, there are a wealth of cafes, bars and restaurants in the nearby city centre, theatre district and Xscape centre.
