Milton Keynes Pride Festival 11/09/2021
Milton Keynes Pride Festival
2019s Pride event in Campbell park sought to be a different type of Pride event. There were lots of families in the day time, with many young children going to their first Pride and friendships made during the evening with wonderful acts on stage. The love in the tent was EPIC!
Milton Keynes Pride festival will again look to holding the event in a similar fashion in 2021. All of the businesses or providers are either LGBTQ+ run or have established, structured support for their LGBTQ+ staff or customers. This supports companies and services that work for and support the community all year round not just for June or Pride events.
It is still important to Milton Keynes Pride Festival to try and promote how much the wonderful LGBTQ+ community bring to Milton Keynes and build positive social cohesion, with education and promotion.
The event is a not for profit event and any money that is raised will go to services for the LGBTQ+ Community in MK and surrounding areas also, towards next Pride event. So please come with your smiles, glitter, fur babies, families, friends and know that we want you to enjoy the day and embrace the wonderful diverse community that is the LGBTQ+ community.
Milton Keynes Pride Festival and sponsors wish everyone a safe, happy, proud, Pride.
