Kickstart your year by joining our Parks & Run programme for our first run at North Loughton Valley Park on Sunday 8th January at 10am. These fun runs are a great opportunity to get into shape and meet like-minded people. There are always short, medium and long-distance routes to choose from and our volunteers will brief you before you set off and check you in when you finish.
To take part, please meet us at Bradwell Abbey Car Park, Alston Drive, off Stacey Bushes roundabout H3. What3Words /// airfields.cracks.tight
Parks and Run is a monthly programme of fun runs that features 3 different routes to suit all ages and abilities. Events usually take place on the first Sunday of each month starting at 10am. Each month the event moves to a different park, giving you the chance to explore new places and see new sights.
Please note that under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
