Howe Park Wood

Friday 06 October
14:00 - 16:00
Suitable for adults

Howe Park Wood is one of three ancient woodlands in our care and a site of special scientific interest. Come along on Friday 6th October to learn more about what makes this park so important to wildlife and how the woodland is managed to protect the biodiversity that lives within it. A member of the Outdoor Learning Team will guide you around the wood and point out key features and discuss the challenges the wood faces.

This walk and talk is suitable for adults. This is a leisurely walk on woodchip and grass paths throughout the wood, please wear suitable footwear as it can be very muddy.
