Colouring Sheets

Colouring in has been found to have many positive effects on our mental well-being including reducing stress and anxiety, it can also help us to focus and even get a better nights sleep! It's also a fun pastime which people of all ages can enjoy. 

Amy from our Outdoor Learning team has designed several colouring sheets inspired by the nature in Milton Keynes' parks (below) which you can download and print to use at home.
