Linford Lakes is a brilliant place for school visits. The secluded location of the reserve makes it an oasis for wildlife, which provides a great opportunity for children to learn about the natural environment.

The centre acts as a base for local schools as well as those from further afield to come out for a half day or full day of outdoor learning activities with use of the centre for lunch and access to toilet facilities.

Charges: £5 per child for a half day, £7.50 per child for a full day

Primary Schools:

Each session lasts for approximately two hours. Choose one session for a half day or combine two for a full day of activities. Half day sessions run from 9:30-11:30am or 12:30-2:30pm; a full day would run from 9:30am-2:30pm.
