    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a key member of the Finance and Support Services Team you will help to provide a high quality financial management and accounting service for the Trust, with specific responsibility for The Parks Trust and Whitecap Leisure's purchase ledger's.

    The core hours will be 16 - 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (afternoons)

    Duties include;

    Purchase ledger

    • Process purchase orders
    • Post invoices to supplier accounts
    • Ensure correct authorisation of invoices
    • Reconciliation of supplier statements
    • Process mileage and expenses claims

    Other Finance duties

    • Filing, record keeping and the storage and monitoring of data
    • Credit control
    • Other ad-hoc tasks as required
