Zero hours contract (typically 16+ hours per week)

To deliver safe and high-quality instruction to customers and effective and efficient administrative support to the company.
To operate the cable safely and efficiently.
Be a key contact point for large groups and identifying and resolving problems if and when they arise.
To demonstrate a practical commitment to the strategy and daily operations of Wakeboarding
Ensure that lessons including both the safety brief and on water practical caters for adults and children.
Carrying out other duties on the waterfront as dictated by the operating procedures, e.g. Opening and closing procedures, general site maintenance
Establishing and implementing water safety precautions
Ensuring the safety of the guests and staff at the waterfront at all times.
Assisting with the care and maintenance of all watersports equipment.
Operating the rescue boat safely at all times.
Assisting in devising tuition/coaching plans for all abilities.
Assisting customers with all their requirements, problems and difficulties.
Act as a reception point for visitors to the shop.
Be pro-active and respond to product information requests from customers.
Attendance and participation at staff meetings and training.
Displaying a positive attitude at all times to customers and colleagues.
Answer telephone and direct calls to colleagues or take clear messages.
Ensure that all processes and procedures comply with operational and statutory requirements
Carry out any other duties necessary with a willingness to be flexible with working hours to respond to the needs of the company.
Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time.
Undertake training consistent with developing skills relevant to those duties and responsibilities of the role.
Be vigilant in matters relating to health and safety and report any issues to your Line Manager.
