Filming, Photography and Drones

Use of Drones
As the charity that cares for the parks, woodlands and lakes of Milton Keynes, we’re responsible for over 6,000 acres of local green space. With that in mind, we have restrictions and guidelines in place for how drones can operate on land under our ownership to keep local people, visitors, and wildlife safe. We made updates to our policy in Spring 2023 to reflect updates to the approach of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
If you wish to fly a drone on our land, please read our Recreational and Commercial Drone Operator Policy before doing so to ensure you comply with the requirements in place. If you have any questions, please get in touch on info@theparkstrust.com.

Licenced Event Filming and Photography
Please note, if you have been granted a licence to host an event in one of our parks and wish to operate a drone during the event, you will still need to apply for a licence to do so. Submit your request via info@theparkstrust.com for further details.
