Event Feedback Survey Prize Draw 

Terms and Conditions 2026

General

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Parks Trust (TPT) which is a registered charity (Charity No. 1007183) and whose registered address is Campbell Park Pavilion, 1300 Silbury Bvd, Milton Keynes MK9 4AD, UK.
  2. All persons entering the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted the rules set out in these terms and conditions. TPT reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any entry from the prize draw if at any time it has reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of these rules.
  3. The prize draw will open on Monday 19th January 2026 at 12:00 PM (GMT) and will close on Monday 30th November 2026 at 11:00 PM (GMT).
  4. Entrants must be residents of the UK and have attended a Parks Trust event in 2026.
  5. Any entries from children of individuals who work for The Parks Trust or Willen Lake will not be accepted.

How to enter

  1. Complete the Events Feedback survey and select “Yes” to question 9.
  2. Provide a contact name and email address as answers to questions 10 and 11.
  3. Submit your form before the closing date.

The prize

  1. There will be one winner selected for this prize draw.
  2. The winner will receive a £100 gift card. The gift card will be subject to expiry.
  3. Prizes are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.

Selecting a winner

  1. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be selected using a random number generator.
  2. The winner will be contacted via the email provided within 1 week of the prize draw ending with the details of how they can claim their prize.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the email within 14 days of the email notifying them that they are the winner, TPT reserve the right to pick another winner at random.

Further Terms and Conditions

  1. TPT reserves the right to cancel this prize draw or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  2. The entrant agrees that TPT shall have no liability for any losses, distress or inconvenience that any entrant may suffer as a result of such cancellation.
  3. Only valid entries will be accepted; the entrant will be disqualified if any of the following apply: 
    1.    The entry contains racist, indecent content, sexism or inappropriate language.
    2.    The entry condones or promotes antisocial or immoral behaviour.
    3.    The entry could be considered offensive to another person based on their demographics including but not limited to age, gender or religion.
  4. This prize draw is in no way endorsed by Facebook, X or any other social media network.
  5. The promoter’s decision is final in respect of all matters to do with this prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
