Trading Spaces
The Property Team look after all our trading areas in Milton Keynes. These spots are very popular and some of our tenants have been in place for a number of years.
Whilst our aim continues to be maintaining our beautiful green space we recognise that having such amenities in our carparks helps attract more park users and keep a presence in the area in unsociable hours.
Our traders are responsible for the area around the trading area, including keeping it in good repair and appearance. Generally they will have a 12 month licence that will be reviewed every year. Our traders must understand and appreciate the work we do, they must also support us in our charitable aims.
To request to join our waiting list for a trading spot you must provide the following as well as a cover letter outlining your business:
• Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million)
• Trading Licence
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Picture of the Vehicle(s) to be used on the site
