Orienteering is a challenging outdoor adventure sport, enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities, that uses a specially drawn map to navigate between control points in a set order. It's a great way to enjoy the countryside whilst testing both fitness and brains. You can run, jog or walk, you decide your own pace.

This event will be held at Howe Park Wood. Parking is available at Westcroft Centre, MK4 4DD. What3Words location: attic.lands.majors

Beginners, improvers and experienced orienteers welcome.

A bigger event than usual that includes long and challenging urban courses, but with options suitable for everyone.
