Enjoy a free group run whilst enjoying the scenery of Willen Lake North.
Come along to our November version of Parks & Run at Willen Lake North on Sunday 3rd November at 10am.
These varied, multi-distance fun runs are a great opportunity to travel through the parks of Milton Keynes, build your physical and mental health, and meet like-minded people.

This event can be popular and the car park can reach capacity - alternate parking available at:

On each monthly Parks and Run event there are always short, medium and long-distance routes to choose from and our volunteer event leaders will brief you before you set off and check you in when you finish.
There is no public toilet at the meeting location, and no refreshments but there are some nearby at Willen Lake. There is plenty to do though at Willen Lake if you want to continue your visit post-run!
Runners are advised to bring their own drink.
Routes are fully marked and you will be taking part alongside fellow runners. The distance options are usually 3km, 6km and 10km – and use a variety of paths and surfaces. See below for the planned routes - although these might be subject to change. The volunteer team will advise if any changes have been made.
As we head into the colder months please ensure that you wear clothing and footwear suitable for the exercise and weather conditions.
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
