Prepare to be mesmerized as we invite you to a captivating stargazing evening on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd November.
The event will take place in our function room at Campbell Park where you will embark on an astronomical journey under the open sky, in collaboration with UK Astronomy.
Event highlights:
- Engaging hour-long talk by UK Astronomy featuring inflatable planets, designed to captivate and educate kids.
- Enchanting stargazing session under the open skies through high-powered telescopes.
- In case of cloudy weather, fear not! We have another captivating 30–45-minute talk ready to keep the cosmic exploration alive.
- Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary biscuit and hot drinks.
Important Information:
- This event is suitable for all ages and no prior knowledge of astronomy is required.
- Please wear suitable clothing for outdoor weather.
- If you have your own binoculars, red flashlight, or blanket, then feel free to bring these along with you.
- Limited spots available, please ensure to book early to secure your place under the stars.
- Please note, all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- English BSL interpreter available on Friday 21st November
- Campbell Park Pavilion has step free access and is suitable for wheelchairs. Accessible toilets are located in the building.
- Parking: Please use the car park at Campbell Park Pavilion. Accessibility parking and Electric car charging are available in the car park.
