Parks & Run: Ouzel Valley Park

Join us for our December Parks & Run at the beautiful Ouzel Valley Park, one of Milton Keynes’ most peaceful parkland areas. Enjoy a scenic run along the valley and enjoy the tranquil views and open green spaces — the perfect setting for an energizing wintery run.

These free, family-friendly runs are a fantastic way to explore the parks of Milton Keynes while improving your physical and mental wellbeing. You’ll also have the chance to meet and run alongside other friendly, like-minded participants. Our volunteer leaders will provide a pre-run briefing and check you in once you finish.

What to Expect

Parks & Run is a self-guided, monthly event offering three clearly marked route options to suit all ages and abilities. For this event, distances are 2km, 4km, and 10km, taking you along a mix of paths and surfaces with beautiful lakeside scenery throughout. You’ll be running alongside others in a supportive and motivating atmosphere, making it a fun experience for everyone.

What Else Should You Know

Toilets are not available onsite at this location.

If you’d like to stay after the run, there are pubs nearby — perfect for a well-deserved post-run treat!

As we head into the colder months please ensure that you wear clothing (Santa hats encouraged) and footwear suitable for the exercise and weather conditions.

Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Dogs are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.
No booking required – just turn up and join in!
