Alphabet Trail

Alphabet trail GLMP media.jpg
Get closer to history and nature by following the alphabet trail around Great Linford Manor Park!

Letters of the alphabet are located around the park and can be found on yellow plaques on both sides of the canal. Each plaque tells a story of the park's heritage, both historic and natural.

The plaques are designed to be discovered during one or multiple visits to the park and can be found fixed to park benches, railings, posts and other park features.

To complement your visit, why not download our free Activity Trail Booklet? It encourages engagement with the different stories and helps children to learn more about this special place.

A copy of all 26 letters is available to download here.

  • The whole trail covers around 2km
  • It can be enjoyed with or without the trail booklet, but the map will help you to find all the letters
  • Suitable for all ages
