We are regularly looking for new people to join our landscape and forestry team, so if you're interested in this type of role but the right position for you isn't listed below, please get in touch to discuss what opportunities might be available.

  • Watersports Instructor
    • Location: Willen Lake
    • Salary: £11.70 per hour

    We are looking for Watersports Instructors to join our team. Depending on your qualifications, you will deliver a range of disciplines, including Sailing, Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Canoeing and Windsurfing, to a variety of ages and abilities. As part of this role you will ensure all our visitors have a safe and memorable experience out on the water by delivering high quality sessions in line with both internal procedures and national governing body syllabuses. The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected. Being able to commit to the same shifts each week would be advantageous (e.g. every Saturday morning or every Wednesday evening).

  • Watersports Supervisor (RYA Senior Instructor)
    • Location: Willen Lake
    • Salary: £12.80 per hour

    We are looking for a qualified RYA Senior Instructor (known internally as a Watersports Supervisor) to join our team. You will lead a team of Watersports Instructors, ensuring the successful operation of the department, undertaking tasks such as staff scheduling, session monitoring and all relevant administration. You will also teach sessions regularly yourself to a variety of ages and abilities. As part of this role, you will also take the lead on achieving all NGB and statutory accreditation (including, but not limited to: AALA, RYA and LotC) and ensure all sessions are delivered in line with both internal procedures and national governing body syllabuses. The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected.
