Golden Summer Picnic
Celebrate the Community Orchard's Golden Jubilee!
In 2026, both the Woughton Community Orchard and Cider Orchards turn 50! Join the celebrations with The Parks Trust and Mid Shires Orchard Group.
Join us and relax into a lazy afternoon at the orchard. Bring your friends and family, a picnic, and some chairs or a blanket to enjoy a summer picnic surrounded by the sights, scents and sounds of Summer in this historic orchard.
Please bring your own picnic along, to enjoy whilst watching a Punch and Judy show or a Magician performance. You can also join in with some art and crafts activities or have a go at bug hunting!
You could read a book, enjoy the themed activities and take the opportunity to meet the Mid Shires Orchard Group, who care for the Woughton Cider Orchards.
- The event will be held at the Woughton on the Green Community Orchard, MK6 3BS debit.each.fetch
- The parking on Newport Road is strictly for residents only. Parking is available at the Pavilion Sports Centre goal.gift.woke.
- This event is designed for families and children. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Please wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads at all times.
No booking is required for this event. We hope to see you there!
