When you visit Shenley Wood, you can listen to the sounds of the woods, hear about its heritage and experience a bit of mindfulness. It's a great way to learn more about your surroundings whilst connecting with nature.
QR code sound stations can be found in the woodland along the trail that you can scan on your phone to take part, they will take you to the relevant audio clip listed below. The trail is situated along the Accessible Trail which is a short route following surfaced footpaths.
There are also rubbing discs along the trail. An accompanying trail booklet is available to download.
