Treetop Extreme, Willen Lake’s high ropes course, is the perfect adrenaline activity for avid adventurers. Zoom down four zip wires and overcome over 50 obstacles as you make your way around our courses.

Treetop Extreme has three levels for you to choose from, all of which are different heights and difficulties. If you’re a younger or more nervous adventurer, then our Explorer course is the best for you. Being only 9 feet from the ground this level is a lot of fun and with easier obstacles is a great starting point for those new to high ropes and a great introduction to climbing at height.

If you're feeling a little braver and want more of a challenge, our Adventure course consists of 16 obstacles and two zip wires, all elevated 15 feet off the ground. This course will test your nerve and ability, as you climb, swing and jump your way around.

Finally, if you’re feeling fearless, why not give our Extreme course a go? This course towers a phenomenal 35 feet above the ground (so it's not for the faint hearted). This aerial adventure not only provides spectacular views across the lake, but also consists of 16 obstacles and two zip wires.

Having chosen your level your adventure begins by scaling our 10-metre-high climbing wall which leads you to the top of the tower with breath-taking views across the lake. From here you descend on your chosen course. You should be able to complete a full circuit and reach the finishing line back at the tower in about one hour.

Once back at the tower you’ll be able to brave our final element which sits at a whopping 13 metres above the landing platform. Try to take in the treetop views as you jump from our freefall simulator – The Powerfan - before gently reaching the ground.

We have an expert and friendly team who will be on hand throughout your time on the course, they will guide you across obstacles and encourage you to take on the challenges. Whilst taking part in the course you’ll be continuously attached to our state-of-the-art safety system, meaning there’s no need to clip and unclip your equipment as you make your way around.

Prices start from £10 per person and Treetop Extreme is open daily through the school holidays and weekends during term time.
