Women's Walking Network: Stony Stratford Nature Reserve
Stony Stratford Nature Reserve
Thursday 05 SeptemberCome and join us at Stony Stratford Nature Reserve for our September Women’s Walking Network. Guided by one of our welcoming walk leaders, this walk explores the nature reserve, the river Ouse, and up to the Iron Trunk Aqueduct on Thursday 5th September at 10am.
Please make sure to come dressed appropriately for the weather, with sturdy footwear. We would also advise you to bring something to drink.
The Women’s Walking Network is a great way to discover the hidden gems of Milton Keynes while encouraging women to come together and make new friends! Held on the first Thursday of every month, we visit a different park each month to give everyone the chance to explore all the green spaces we care for. Each walk varies in distance but are usually around 4 miles in length and cover a variety of footpaths including steps and slopes on occasion.
Please note that these walks are run at quite a brisk pace, so if you’re looking for something gentler, then we would recommend trying out an MK Health Walk or one of our Discovery Strolls.
Meeting location: Stony Stratford Nature Reserve Car Park, Queen Eleanor Street
