Have you ever wondered about the history of Great Linford Manor Park?
Discover the rich heritage of Great Linford with the Friends of Great Linford Manor Park, on Saturday 12th September, with two guided history walks around the scenic Georgian manor park gardens and learn about the people and events that shaped this historic landscape.
History Walks Times: 11am - 12:30pm & 2pm - 3:30pm.
Visit St. Andrew’s Church, enjoy refreshments and listen to two illustrated talks about the history of the village.
You can also meet the village lacemakers, and there will be colouring for children.
This event is free but donations to the Friends of Great Linford Manor Park are welcome.
Sensible, hard-wearing footwear and outdoor clothing is advised.
No booking is required, just turn up and enjoy!
Talks at the St Andrew's Church
Visit St Andrew's Church between 12pm and 5pm to enjoy tea and cake, and
two fascinating heritage talks at: 1pm - 1:45pm & 3:45pm - 4:45pm.
