Parks & Ride: Shenley Wood
Family and beginner friendly guided ride around our parks.
Join us for Parks and Ride at Shenley Wood on Sunday 27 September. This fun, family-friendly event will take you on a scenic bike ride, exploring the area and highlighting some great cycling routes along the way. It’s the perfect chance to get the bikes out, enjoy the outdoors, and have some fun together! Ride distance is around 10km (6 miles), taking approximately 60–90 minutes.
The ride will follow a mix of leisure routes, Redways, and may include short sections on-road or on trails. Linking together 2 of Milton Keynes amazing ancient woodlands, and the boundary of MK along the bridleway.
This Parks and Ride is perhaps the most challenging one with some slopes involved. We always ride as a group, and walk if needed up any difficult sections.
To take part, please meet at 11am at Shenley Wood Car park, Merlewood Drive. What3Words location: sliders.grumbles.alcove.
