Why not jog along to our next Parks & Run at the amazing Campbell Park on Sunday 7th April at 10am.

These free fun runs are a great opportunity to experience the parks of Milton Keynes, build your physical and mental health, and meet like-minded people. Our volunteer event leaders will brief you before you set off and check you in when you finish.

Parks and Run is a self-guided monthly running event that offers 3 different routes to suit all ages and abilities. Routes are fully marked and you will be taking part alongside fellow runners. The distance options are usually 2-3 km, 5km, and 10km – and use a variety of paths and surfaces.

There is no public toilet at this location, and no refreshments. Runners are advised to bring their own drink.

All participants should wear clothing and footwear suitable for the exercise and weather conditions, and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
