Tenant Talks: Nourish

Published: 21/04/2026

The Parks Trust was setup as an independent charity in 1992 with an endowment of income-generating commercial properties. Our property portfolio has developed over the years with careful management of our investments which generate the primary source of funding for our wide-ranging work today and forever.

Our tenants play a vital role in our charity’s success story, and we like to get to know them in our Tenant Talks series. This time we chat to Sharon Stevens, the founder of Nourish - a holistic wellness and healing centre whose studios have established and grown within our wellbeing and business hub located at Warren Park in Milton Keynes.

We’re committed to supporting our tenants achieve business success, because their success = our success. Our dedicated team of Property Managers, based in Milton Keynes, connect with the businesses and encourage collaborations amongst our communities.

Why did you choose Warren Park?

Initially I was using a room within another established business on Warren Park, and I knew the location was everything I needed. It's a beautiful well-kept place in a quiet countryside setting, with a cafe, a lovely little lake, free secure parking and actually somewhere clients could extend their relaxing experience by utilising the resources on the park.

Warren Park is highly marketable for my business and it adds a huge amount of value for the end-to-end experience of my clients. As a professional wellbeing service, we know that our clients appreciate value for money in honest, transparent pricing, and great service and aftercare.

We recognise that Warren Park has been a huge part of our growth. In 2024, presented with the opportunity to add another therapist and more services, we secured our very own premises a short hop across the road. We didn’t look anywhere other than Warren Park because luckily a unit (that became our home) was available.

Our opening day in that first premises was packed with people enjoying everything we had to offer, and on that day I joked “you never know, we may expand again next year”. Well, it must‘ve been a premonition because that’s exactly what happened! Just 6 months after we’d moved in, the unit downstairs became available.

I could envisage further expansion offering more holistic health and wellbeing services all under one roof, with the help of a collaborative, passionate and dedicated team (that at that time didn’t exist). If we could use our reputation and growing client base to help people support their wellbeing further without having to go to different places, then this could work. I reached out to The Parks Trust property team, and they were so supportive of our growth plans. I didn’t see how I could refuse, and the Nourish Holistic Wellbeing and Healing Centre was born. We’re many months in now, and our wellbeing centre is thriving, with more plans ahead – watch this space!

The Parks Trust and Warren Park have been a fundamental part of our success so far, being here has enabled us to stand out in the market and in fact offer something unique and not available elsewhere.

How has your business developed at Warren Park?

The Nourish brand has remained constant at heart but has developed with the recent expansion. The Parks Trust’s support for us in achieving that goal was the factor that enabled us to do it. They understood that we wanted to grow, and grow with them, but as a small business the financial side was the biggest challenge. The Parks Trust worked out something that supported my dream and vision while maintaining the great relationship we have.

With the Trust’s support, I was able to redesign the interiors to create the beautiful and calm space it is now. They understood that I knew my market and my clients, and what was needed to continue to be seen as the go-to place for holistic health. Every time our clients come in, they comment on how spotlessly clean the premises are, how beautiful and how lovely they smell. People relax the minute they walk in. They comment on how inviting the area is and people who may be nervous about massage therapy find it hugely comforting that the whole environment is professional, safe, and clean - giving them confidence before they even enter the front door.

Due to the offerings and strength of our brand and reputation, I was fortunate to secure business with a large local charity that wanted to supply wellbeing services to their members. The team have completed phase one and we now have confirmation that next year we will be continuing to support the charity with twice weekly sessions. This is not only great for the business but also amazing to be part of such a worthwhile and supportive initiative for people who really need an escape.

What’s it like to be a tenant of The Parks Trust?

It’s great! The whole Warren Park site is so well maintained and managed. There’s a tenant newsletter to keep us informed, and events that encourage collaboration between businesses on the park. Although, unfortunately for me, I often miss them because we’re so busy – our schedule runs from 9am to 9.30pm most days.

What advice would you give to someone considering a commercial space?

Don’t underestimate the safety and security of the location because it’s added value to clients and these things matter to them. Use the amazing facilities for your marketing, and remember that clients like to know that your business is sustainable. The Parks Trust being our landlord also tells clients that their trust in you is safe and that the chain is a strong and professional one. People will pay for value-for-money extras like beautiful surroundings, parking, security, etc.

Where do you see Nourish 10 years from now?

I hope Nourish will continue to grow (we did notice next door up for lease and could see a spa doing well there - and my clients keep saying “Sharon, next door is free!” 🤣). However with our growth and expansion being so quick already, and the investment made quite heavy, unfortunately that’s not possible… yet!

Hopefully, we can expand again in a few years and will absolutely be looking to stay with The Parks Trust. In the meantime, I will be looking to step back from the hard physical work in the treatment room to concentrate on that growth by way of working on strategy and the business itself.

What exciting things are coming up for your business?

In 2026, we’re doing more workshops and events in the studio, including Afternoon Tea’s with crafting and more. We’re attending some local wellbeing events to showcase our special place too. And, of course, we’re always open to ideas - so send them to us!
