    POSITION

    Receptionist

    Seasonal 0 hour contract April - October 2019

    0 hour contract with typical hours of around 22 per week

    REPORTING TO

    Watersports Manager/Assistant Manager

    REMUNERATION

    £6+ (dependent on age and experience)

    LOCATION

    Willen Lake, V10 Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes MK15 ODS

    KEY

    OBJECTIVES

     

    To provide a first point of customer contact with enthusiasm and professionalism.

    To assist with all bookings and events as directed by head of departments, including assisting with key administration duties to ensure the smooth running of Willen Lake.

    DUTIES       

    To provide excellent front of house service, including face to face customer interactions and telephone support.

    To answer queries regarding Willen Lake Facilities.

    To take details of any potential bookings and events.

    To process payment for bookings and course fees.

    To support the Willen Lake Management with administration requirements.

    To take a lead role with stocking checking and replenishment, including facilities equipment needed.

    To assist in the filing of the records for Willen Lake.

    To assist with sales.

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

    Essential

    The ability to follow procedures and systems of work to ensure that accurate booking details are taken and logged effectively.

    The ability to communicate effectively with customers of all ages.

    Enthusiasm and the ability to organise work and clearly communicate customer requirements and course delivery options.

    To work as part of a team.

    To respond positively under pressure.

    Accuracy with cash handling and data entry at all times.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Desirable

    A computer based qualification.

    Knowledge of Microsoft office package
