Sunday 01 DecemberHelp us celebrate a year of amazing events at our final Parks & Run of 2024! Taking place at Ouzel Valley Park on Sunday 1st December at 10am.
These varied, multi-distance fun runs are a great opportunity to travel through the parks of Milton Keynes, build your physical and mental health, and meet like-minded people.

On each monthly Parks and Run event there are always short, medium and long-distance routes to choose from and our volunteer event leaders will brief you before you set off and check you in when you finish.
There is no public toilet at this meeting location, and no refreshments. Runners are advised to bring their own drink.
All routes are fully marked and you will be taking part alongside fellow runners. The distance options are usually 2-3 km, 5km, and 10km – and use a variety of paths and surfaces.
As we head into the colder months please ensure that you wear clothing (Santa Hats) and footwear suitable for the exercise and weather conditions, and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
No booking required - we hope to see you there!
