fitMK offers fitness and training classes for ages 16 and over and is run by Chief Instructor Simon A Williams and his fully qualified personal trainers and drill instructors at Campbell Park and Willen Lake. fitMK’s courses will help you to kick start your new fitness regime, aid you in continuous consistent training or push you to achieve your goals such as losing weight or looking good.
fitMK's bib system ensures that your training is personalised to your fitness level. It also operates a credit based system that allows you to pick and choose the fitness classes that suit you. So, if you fancy a change from Bootcamp and want to try Pilates, Metabolic Express, Boxing Fitness, Total fitMK, Super High Intensity Training, Family Fitness, core and flexibility/strengthening classes, Yoga or Hot Yoga, then the choice is yours.
