Established since 2008, fitMK offers fitness and training classes for ages 16 and over and is run by Chief Instructor Simon A Williams and his fully qualified Personal Trainers and Drill Instructors at Willen Lake and Campbell Park. fitMK’s classes will help you to kick start your new fitness regime, aid you in continuous consistent training and push you to achieve your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.
They run 35 classes per week in the summer months at 25 in the winter months. These are held 7 days a week, mornings, lunchtimes and evenings in all weather conditions.
fitMK's bib system ensures that your training is personalised to your fitness level. From PAYG to various monthly memberships, they offer the flexibility to train as little or as often as you like. From the original Bootcamp to X-Fit, Metabolic Express, Boxing Fitness, Family Fitness, Core and Flexibility, Beginners Run-Fit, Advance Run-Fit and Pi-Yo, you will find something that suits you.
