Accessible Guided Walk: Lodge Lake
Lodge LakeSunday 12 May
Join our friendly staff on this exploratory guided walk of Lodge Lake in Milton Keynes on Saturday 18th May at 11am. With the route designed to be accessible for walking and wheeling, everyone is welcome to attend. We will meet at Lodge Lake Car Park on Bradwell Road and then walk around the scenic lakeside, learning about our city's wildlife and The Parks Trust.
The walk will last roughly 45 minutes and covers approximately 1 mile. There are some benches along the route for rest stops. We will use surfaced paths which can be bumpy in localised areas, but we will be avoiding large slopes. Please get in touch to tell us how we can support your accessibility requirements. A hearing loop is available on request.
Drop-off/pick-up: You should instruct the driver to drop you at Lodge Lake Car Park, MK8 9LG, which is almost opposite the National Badminton Centre.
Meeting place: We will meet in the car park.
Toilets: We have arranged use of the facilities at the National Badminton Centre, which is a 3 minute walk away.
No booking required. We hope to see you there!
Refreshments: There is no cafe in the park.
