Discovery Stroll: Stonepit Field
Stonepit FieldTuesday 18 June
Join us on a short, guided tour of Stonepit Field on Tuesday 18th June from 2pm as part of our Discovery Strolls Programme. Our guide will show you some of the interesting features of the park, including the wildflower meadow and hopefully some of its wildlife.
The car park at Stonepit Field off Wolverton Road is the closest car park and drop-off point.
This car park has a height barrier and is quite small so please do park considerately. Please aim to arrive shortly before the scheduled time as we will set off at 2pm.
The event duration is approximately 1 hour-1.5 hours. Stonepit Field has mown grass paths and is reasonably smooth and flat. Our guide will ensure that the route is as accessible as possible.
The walk will use grass paths, and leisure routes on gravel paths, and some may be slightly uneven, so please come with sturdy footwear and dressed appropriately for the weather.
Please get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org if you require any accessibility support or to request a hearing loop.
All ages are welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult.
No booking is required for this event. We hope to see you there!
