Whatever your experience, this is for you. Whether you are
✔️ a beginner
✔️ a super yogi
✔️ recovering from an injury
✔️ pregnant or a new mum
✔️ absolutely shattered
✔️ too busy/unmotivated/sceptical
✔️ new to me!
I’ve got you and so does Yoga in the Park!

I am here to inspire, teach and empower you to prioritise your self-care. We will move through yoga poses to create space in the body, breathing practices to create space in the mind and some serious chilling out to reconnect to yourself and the outdoors.

Contrary to what many believe, Milton Keynes does have its own cathedral. But like the city itself, this cathedral is unique - made from bark and leaves rather than bricks and mortar.

There are no refreshment facilities at Newlands. A cafe and pub restaurant can be found at nearby south Willen Lake.
